Oh, Chrissie! Anyone would think you're after a new pair of feet not a ruddy pair of insoles. What a palaver RollEyes
All I have to do is ring Podiatry, go in, they do casts, ring me when ready, I go in, they fit. Job done!
Hope it gets sorted soon.

Keep on to them Chrissie - I hate it when people just don't acknowledge the impact of this on your mobility. Hope you get a proper appointment soon.

Absolutely disgraceful, whatever are they thinking of? I took delivery of my second pair of shoes today, Chrissie, and they have ONLY taken 13 months to make, so I hope you get your insoles quicker than that!! Love Lxx

Patience doesn't come into it, I' m afraid.......no matter how much I moaned, they simply didn't make them.................and now I've worn them a bit, they aren't especially comfy, either........can't decide whether to take them back and complain AGAIN, or just grin and bear it!! Even my podiatrist says they are not really made for ME, so what was the point in waiting so long for the blooming things if they don't fit MY feet????

These shoes take such a long time to make but they are worse than useless. Not only do they not fit even althought we have to go lots of times for 'fittings' , they are so darned ugly you would not want to wear them.

Chrissie, this doesnt surprise me at all. When I was in the special needs school, the wheelchair referral would come in to arrange for childrens chairs to be renewed as they grew. We then waited at least 4-6 months for a new chair. When one childs chair arrived, he had outgrown it already as it took so long to arrive!!! Its a disgraceful service, what are you supposed to do? They tell you to be pro-active, and it makes no difference anyway. Good luck x xSmile
